Our 5-step ITAD process

We leave no stone unturned in properly recycling obsolete hardware assets, with our comprehensive five-step process:

Asset inventory

Provide us with a list of items to be recycled and an estimate of the quantity.

Asset collection

Our Engineers will securely collect all assets and transport them in our own tracked vehicles to our secure warehouse. There, the assets will be triaged and all data baring devices will be wiped and processed

Data destruction

Any data-bearing equipment will undergo a comprehensive Certus Erasure 7-pass wipe to NIST5 standards, ensuring no residual information remains.

Triage for refurb or recycle

Assets are efficiently refurbished or recycled into component parts at our state-of-the-art facility. We put the vast majority of components back into the circular economy.

Sustainability reporting

After processing, we'll provide a detailed report showing data erasure or disposal methods.
